Dues Increase for 2010

Dues for the Avensong Master will increase $70 in 2010. That's a net increase of $5.83 per month. Since these dues are paid twice per year, you will see an increase of $35 per billing cycle. A full explanation for this increase was provided in the fall newsletter. In short, the increase is necessary to build our reserves.

Census Bureau Workers in Milton: Information for Homeowners

U.S. census workers have started making their way through the City of Milton, including Avensong, and other cities in the metro Atlanta area, verifying addresses for the upcoming people count. More than 3,000 census workers in Georgia are updating addresses - the first step in ensuring that every household receives a census questionnaire in March 2010.
