2016 Pool Season
Posted on Apr 7th, 2016
The Avensong pool will open on May 14 and close for the season on September 18.  Gate attendants will be on duty from Noon to 9 pm from May 27 to July 24.  From July 25 to September 5, an attendant will be on duty Saturday and Sunday from 1-9 pm as well as on Monday, September 7 (Labor Day).
You will need to be a resident in good standing for your keycard to allow access into the pool.  Everyone will be required to sign into a log book.  All posted rules will be strictly adhered to as well as the limit of the number of guests per member.
We look forward to a safe pool season.

Avensong Community Garage Sale
Saturday, September 24th, Saturday, September 24th 7am – 3pm
Get your closets, cupboards and garages cleaned out of all those items you have been wanting to get rid of, and get ready for the neighborhood garage sale! I will be advertising the sale, and will include a list of particular items of interest that will be offered for sale throughout the neighborhood.
SO, please email me your address and your list of goodies you plan to sell (example of list: dresser, bunk beds, baby clothes, stroller, lawn mower, household items, washer/dryer, boat, etc)!
There will be maps of the neighborhood showing all the homes participating in the sale, which will be placed at the entrances to the neighborhood. There will be a pick-up scheduled with a local charity, for anyone wanting to donate the unsold items after the sale. I will need to know your name and address if you would like me to add you to the list for pick-up after the sale, so please let me know asap, so I can make arrangements. (If you aren’t on the list ahead of time, the truck will not stop.)
Please email me at stephanie@brewerhometeam.com or call 678-820-9098 with any questions and to let me know if you are participating. Also, please pass on to your neighbors that may not be on this email list.
(I do not need to know if you are planning to participate until early September. We will send out reminders of this, but wanted to get this out as a heads-up!)
