The pool is open for the season! Here are a few reminders to ensure your visit to the pool is a safe and pleasant experience for you and your family:
- You must have an active key card for entrance into the pool. If you are a homeowner and you have not received your key card or you have lost the one you were given, please contact Community One Associates. A replacement fee may apply. If you lease a home in Avensong and have not received a key card from your landlord, please contact your landlord to get one. Unfortunately, key cards may not be issued directly to lessees.
- Only members in good standing may use the amenities including the pool. If you are delinquent on your dues or have outstanding fines, your key card has been deactivated. Please contact Community One Associates to arrange for payment and have your card reactivated.

Each member may only bring up to four (4) guests. Avensong residents should have their own key card with them at all times while visiting the pool and may not be "guest" of a member who does.

Absolutely no smoking, profanity, or rough horseplay is allowed.

Please follow all posted rules. The board reserves the right to fine or revoke the pool privileges of chronic violators.

A pool monitor will be on staff during most of the pool season. The pool monitor is not a lifeguard so the pool is still considered "swim at your own risk." The pool monitor will ensure that the posted rules are followed by all bathers and only Avensong residents in good standing and their guests are using the pool. To that end, a physical check of pool cards may be required upon entry.

| Clubhouse Refurbishment Completed |

The clubhouse refurbishment is complete, and WOW, it looks great! New custom blinds, area rugs, paint, artwork, and more...something we can all be proud of! Thanks again to Dianne and Mark Baker for their hard work and dedication in spearheading this project!

| 2012 Avensong HOA Meeting Held |

The 2012 Avensong HOA membership meeting was held on February 21, 2012 at Cogburn Woods Elementary School. Avencroft was the only section of the neighborhood that had a quorum present.
Annual reports were presented by the Avensong Board of Directors and Community One. Click here to link to PDF versions of these presentations.
We are excited about the formation of an Avensong Welcome Committee. As the name suggests, this committee will be responsible for welcoming newcomers to the neighborhood. More information will be forthcoming.
