Avensong Community Association, Inc.
Avensong Community Association (ACA), Inc. is the master governing body of Avensong and is comprised of three board members, each serving 2 year terms. There is one board member elected from each of the three sections of Avensong. Each homeowner in Avensong is required to pay annual assessments to the master association. These assessments are for the upkeep and use of common areas and amenities.
Alan Tart is the elected representative from the Carriage and currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer and Acting Treasurer of ACA, Inc. His term expires on February 28, 2011.
Lynda Cunningham is the elected representative from the Village at Avensong and currently serves as the Vice President and Acting Secretary of ACA, Inc. Her term expires on February 28, 2011.
Currently, the Avencroft representative position is vacant.
The Village at Avensong
Village at Avensong has a representative board that oversees front lawn maintenance and collection of dues in support of this service. The Village at Avensong Board of Directors is comprised of three members each serving two year terms. All of these positions expire on February 28, 2011.
Betsey Downing serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Village Board.
Lynda Cunningham serves as the Vice President.
Bonnie Fickle serves as the Treasurer/Secretary.
Avencroft at Avensong has a representative board that oversees front lawn maintenance, as well as the landscaping of common areas and upkeep of private streets/driveways located within Avencroft. The Avencroft BOD collects dues from Avencroft homeowners in support of these services. Avencroft's BOD is comprised of three members serving two year terms.
Currently, all 3 positions on this board are vacant.
The Carriage does not have its own Board of Directors. Lawn maintenance is the responsibility of each individual owner, and no additional annual assessments are collected. The Carriage is represented on the Avensong Community Association, Inc. board by Alan Tart.
2010 Board Meeting Dates
Unless otherwise indicated, the ACA, Inc. Board will meet in conjunction with the Village and Avencroft Boards of Directors at the clubhouse on the following dates:
- February 15, 2010 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
- February 27, 2010 - Annual Membership Meeting @ Manning Oaks Elementary School Cafeteria from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. (Registration starts at 9:45 a.m.)
- July 13, 2010 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. (Cancelled)
- November 9, 2010 from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.
