Welcome to the Avensong Community Website!!
Amenities CLOSED until further notice
To do our part in helping to limit the spread of COVID-19, and in accordance with the City of Milton's recent decision to close city park venues, the Avensong HOA Board of Directors has decided to close our community amenities until the pandemic is over and we can be sure it safe for our community to re-open them.
All amenity cards will be deactivated and there will be no access to tennis courts or bathrooms. The playground equipment and benches will be wrapped in yellow caution tape and we ask that you refrain from allowing anyone to sit/play/climb on these items. Please remember the virus can live for up to 72 hours on plastics and 48 hours on stainless steel, so please use caution when you’re around these materials. You are still able to walk through our common areas, but we do encourage everyone to practice social distancing and stay at least 6 feet apart from other people when you're outside.
We understand, especially with the nice weather, how much our residents enjoy our amenities and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are dedicated to the safety of all of our Avensong residents and want everyone to stay safe and healthy.
We will continue to monitor the situation and will re-open the amenities when it is safe to do. We'll continue to update everyone with eblasts and proivide updates on this website.
Sinkhole/broken street in Avencroft
The Avencroft HOA is aware of the sinkhole at the bottom of the shared driveway for 412-424.
Please use extreme caution until repairs are made. Currently "caution tape" has been strung across the driveway. Please do not tear it down. If you need to get out, please contact AvencroftHOA@avensong.org. If you're coming home, you will need to park on the street.
