How much are dues? (Updated) It depends on the section of the neighborhood you live in. All rates that follow are based on 2010 figures. In the Carriage, dues are $400/yr (payable semi-annually). Avencroft is $680/yr (payable quarterly), plus master dues of $400/yr (payable semi-annually). The Village is $360/yr, plus master dues of $400/yr (both paid semi-annually).

We've paid our dues. Now how do we get into the pool and tennis courts? (New) Avensong utilizes a magnetic card reader system for amenity access. Each homeowner in good standing is entitled to one amenity card. If you have not been issued an amenity card, please contact the management company. If you have lost the one you were previously issued, a replacement fee may apply.

Which trash company services Avensong? The HOA highly recommends the use of one trash company in our neighborhood. This reduces the wear and tear on our streets and the number of days that unsightly trash cans are out for pickup. Having less heavy trucks in our neighborhood also enhances the safety of our residents. The HOA has negotiated a special rate of $13.00 per month with Waste Management (WM). This rate is available to new and existing customers and is valid for two years. This rate also includes recycling services, a free Bulk Item Pickup Day once per year, and much more.
