The Avensong Garden Club held its "Kick Off" meeting for the year at the Avensong Clubhouse on Wednesday, September 16th.

All Avensong residents were invited to participate. This was a social and organizing meeting.  We discussed activities for the year and also reconnected with members and welcomed new members.

There were hand-outs regarding "fall planting."  We also exchanged plants and seeds.  Light refreshments were served, and a drawing was held for a door prize.
