The Village and Avencroft have representative boards that oversee activities specific to those sections, such as front lawn maintenance, and in the case of Avencroft, upkeep of the streets. All three boards work directly with Community One Associates, Inc., our property management company, to resolve issues and concerns for all of Avensong.
