This is a combined HOA meeting for the 3rd and 4th quarter. Owners are invited to join and listen as the Board conducts Avensong HOA, Village at Avensong HOA and Avencroft at Avensong HOA business.

Owners who would like to discuss general Avensong community issues may be added to the agenda by emailing hoa@avensong.org. No specific property or account issues will be addressed in this public meeting.
 
Owners may submit general Avensong questions to the Board by emailing hoa@avensong.org. These will be answered at the end of the meeting. No specific property or account issues will be addressed in this public meeting.

 

There will be NO OPEN FORUM at this meeting. This a Board of Directors meeting to conduct HOA business and owners with specific property or account questions should email hoa@avensong.org.
