Our annual HOA membership meeting will occur on February 26, 2011 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. in the cafeteria of Manning Oaks Elementary School.  Registration begins at 9:45 a.m.  All members in good standing are encouraged to attend.  Each homeowner will receive an official notice of the meeting with an agenda and proxy in January 2011.
