Amenity Card Audit

On April 20, 2018 ALL amenity cards will be de-activated. Owners/residents will need to attend one of the upcoming Amenity Card Audit Events in order to have their card re-activated for 2018.
These events will take place at our clubhouse on:
  • Saturday, April 21, 2018 – 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
  • Friday, May 4, 2018 – 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 5, 2018 – 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
If you are unable to attend one of these events you will need to contact Ruth Banford at Ruth.Banford@fsresidential.com to arrange to meet at the offices of FSR.
 
In order to activate your amenity card for 2018 please bring the following items to the clubhouse:
  1. Your amenity card(s)
  2. Legal ID
  3. Proof of residency (utility bill in your name)
  4. Current Lease if you are a tenant
  5. A signed copy of the 2018 pool rules (sent in the mail - additional copies may be downloaded here)
  6. Completed census form (sent in the mail - additional copies may be downloaded here)
