Our pool is open daily from 6 am to 9 pm.  Anyone inside the pool area when the pool is closed will be considered trespassing and may lose pool privileges for the remainder of the season.

 

Please do not prop open the gates or open the gates for anyone who does not have an active amenity card. This is for everyone’s safety while at the pool. Without an active card, you don’t know who it is that you are letting in.   

 

In the event that do you have safety concerns while at the pool, please call 9-1-1 and tell the operator that you are in the "City of Milton". The physical address of the clubhouse/pool is posted on a sign by the bathrooms.

 

You must have an active 2018 amenity card in order to access the pool. If you have not yet activated your amenity card for this year, you will need to complete the following and submit all the paperwork to Ruth Banford at Ruth.Banford@fsresidential.com. Once everything is received, your card will be able to be activated.

• You must be current on your dues and have no outstanding HOA fines.
• Please download, fill out and sign the 2018 Avensong Census and Pool rules forms. These forms may be downloaded by clicking here.
• Provide proof of residency. You may submit either a copy of your driver’s license or a copy of a utility bill.
• If you are a renter, you must provide a copy of your current lease.
• A photo of your pool card showing the numbers. If you do not have a pool card or there are no numbers a new card may be purchased for $50.00
