This is a regular Board meeting that all Avensong owners are welcome to attend. The Board will conduct community business but there will be no overview of the community or planned open-forum.

• If you would like to be added to the agenda, email hoa@avensong.org

• Pre-submitted questions will be presented before the meeting adjourns. Questions for the Board can be emailed to hoa@avensong.org. 

• Owners will be able to message questions to the Board using the Zoom Chat option before the meeting adjourns.
