Avensong's amenities include not only the pool and tennis courts, but also pickleball courts, the basketball court, renting the clubhouse for personal events, and access to the bathrooms located under the deck of the clubhouse.Every year Avensong requires all owners and residents to complete an annual "Amenity Card Audit" for access to the gated amenities.Avensong utilizes a magnetic card reader system for amenity access. Owners may purchase up to two (2) amenity access cards (cards can be reused the following years). All residents (owners, landlords, tenants) must complete the annual packet before any amenity card will be activated for the year.
- The audit packet for the current year can be downloaded from the Owner Information page of this website.
- Once the packet is submitted per the instructions, the HOA accounts for the property are reviewed.
- If all accounts are in good standing (no open violations or outstanding balances) the card will be activated for the year.
If your amenity card is not working, or you do not have a card, please email amenities@avensong.org.
