2020 HOA Annual Meetings
Saturday, February 29th, 2020, TBD at HPI Offices
Where: HPI Offices - 2555 Westside Parkway, Suite 600, Alpharetta, GA 30004
Start Times:
Avencroft - registration of homeowners begins at 8:45am and the meeting will be called to order at 9:00am.
The Village - registration of homeowners begins at 9:45am and the meeting will be called to order at 10:00am.
Avensong (Master) - registration of homeowners begins at 10:45am and the meeting will be called to order at 11:00am.
This meeting is open to all owners and residents of Avensong. Homeowners should have received their HOA Annual Meeting packets via USPS but if not, please email hoa@avensong.org.
