Amenity Card Audit
Friday, May 4th, 2018, 2pm to 6pm at Clubhouse
In order to activate your amenity card for 2018 please bring the following items to the clubhouse:
  1. Your amenity card(s)
  2. Legal ID
  3. Proof of residency (utility bill in your name)
  4. A signed copy of the 2018 pool rules (sent in the mail - additional copies may be downloaded here)
  5. Completed census form (sent in the mail - additional copies may be downloaded here)

Annual Neighborhood Garage Sale
Saturday, May 12th, 2018, 7am to 3pm at Avensong
Time to clean out your closets and garages again!!  Everyone sets up in their own driveway or garage.  Please contact Stephaniebrewer@kw.com if you are going to participate so your home can be added to the map and, if you wish, also the charity pick up afterward!
